The lighting design for the Vaucluse residence was specified to work seamlessly with the modern coastal architectural aesthetic. A defining feature of the home is the striking travertine tile, which is repeated throughout the interior and exterior. The lighting intent enhances these architectural elements, with inset plaster fittings, concealed LED strip that accentuates the feature curved wall and low-level lights that provide subtle ambient path lighting. Working in harmony with the open plan layout, the lighting creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and highlights the home’s refined material palette and key features.
